Estimates follow standard event-bartending guidelines — about two cocktails per guest, plus beer, wine, and zero-proof at roughly two drinks in the first hour and one per guest per hour after — and round up to whole bottles and packages. Real crowds vary, so treat this as a strong starting point and buy the last case where the store's return policy is friendliest. Missouri law requires the host to supply the alcohol for private events; Caldwell's Cocktails serves it.
Every event follows the same straightforward process — a signed agreement, a deposit, and a final balance. No surprises, no hidden fees.
Before any deposit is collected, we issue a service agreement outlining your event details, pricing, and terms — signed by both parties to confirm everyone's on the same page.
Once the agreement is signed, a 50% deposit is due to reserve your event date and confirm your bartender, menu, and add-ons.
The final 50% balance is due the day before your event, so everything is settled before we arrive to set up.
Payment methods accepted: Cash, credit card, and Venmo.
