Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Caldwell's Cocktails. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking our bartending services. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Age Requirement

All bartenders provided by Caldwell's Cocktails are 21 years of age or older. Any guests being served alcohol at your event must be 21 or older, and valid ID may be requested at the bar.

2. Our Service Model

Caldwell's Cocktails is a dry-hire bartending service. We provide professional bartenders, bar equipment, and event service — we do not sell, supply, or provide alcohol. The client or venue is responsible for supplying all alcohol, mixers, ice, and cups for the event.

3. Booking & Payment

• A signed service agreement is required from both parties before any deposit is collected.
• Bookings are secured with either a 50% deposit (balance due the day before the event) or full payment at booking.
• Accepted payment methods: Cash, Credit Card, and Venmo.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event date are eligible for a partial refund or credit toward a future booking, per the terms of your signed service agreement.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.
• Caldwell's Cocktails reserves the right to reschedule service due to unforeseen circumstances, including severe weather or other events beyond our control (force majeure).

5. Client Responsibilities

• The client is responsible for supplying all alcohol, cups, ice, and mixers for the event.
• The client is responsible for ensuring the service location is safe and accessible.
• Caldwell's Cocktails reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated or poses a safety risk.

6. Alcohol & Liability

Because Caldwell's Cocktails does not supply alcohol, the client assumes responsibility for the legal purchase and provision of all alcohol served at the event. Caldwell's Cocktails is not responsible for incidents arising after alcohol has been consumed by guests. Caldwell's Cocktails does not hold a liquor license, consistent with our role as a service provider rather than an alcohol vendor.

7. Damage & Equipment

The client is responsible for any damage to Caldwell's Cocktails equipment caused by guests during the event, beyond normal wear and use.

8. Photo & Video Use

By booking our services, you consent to the use of photos or videos taken during your event for marketing and promotional purposes, including our website and social media. If you'd prefer not to be included, please let us know in writing before your event.

9. Event Conduct

We're committed to a safe, respectful environment at every event we serve. Harassment or discrimination of any kind toward our staff will not be tolerated and may result in the discontinuation of service.

10. Changes to These Terms

Caldwell's Cocktails may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page and will apply to new bookings going forward.
